A strength and performance coach who started exactly where you are, and built something real out of it. This is my story.
I Wasn't Always the Coach. I Was the Client.
My journey did not start in a gym with a plan. It started with frustration, extra weight, low energy, and no real idea of what I was doing. I tried things that did not work. I followed advice that was not built for me. And I stayed stuck for longer than I needed to.
The shift came when I stopped looking for shortcuts and started learning how the body actually works. I fell in love with strength training, not just what it did for my body, but what it did for how I carried myself. The confidence. The discipline. The way hard work shows up in every area of your life when you commit to it seriously.

Over the past decade I have dedicated myself to learning everything I could about strength, performance, and how to help women train in a way that actually respects them. That is what I bring to every program I write and every client I work with.
My Approach to Training

Athletic First
I train women like athletes, because that is what you are. Not a before photo. Not a number on a scale. Someone who moves, competes with herself, and earns her progress through real effort. The aesthetic follows the performance.
Science, Not Trends
Every program I write is grounded in exercise science, progressive overload, periodization, recovery, and how the female body actually responds to training. No gimmicks, no viral workouts. Just what works.
Sustainability Over Speed
Quick fixes exist everywhere. Lasting results do not come from extremes. They come from building habits, respecting your body, and training in a way you can maintain for years, not weeks. I design for the long game.
