Our Policy
All sales on TrainWithSham are final. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once a purchase has been completed and access has been granted.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read the product description, reviewed the program details, and understand what you are buying. We encourage you to reach out through our Contact page with any questions before purchasing.
Workout Guides
Our workout guides are digital PDF products. Once your payment is processed and your download link is delivered, the sale is complete and no refund can be issued.
If you purchase a guide with the wrong goal or program focus, that purchase is your responsibility. We do not offer exchanges between guides. You are welcome to purchase a different guide separately.
Online Coaching
Coaching fees are non-refundable once payment has been received and your program has been started. This includes all cases where you choose to discontinue coaching before the agreed period is complete.
If exceptional circumstances apply, these may be considered on a strictly case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. To raise a concern, please contact us directly.
Program Updates
We continuously work to improve the quality of our programs. From time to time, updated versions of existing guides may be released. Purchasing a current version of a guide does not entitle you to receive future updated versions at no cost. Updated versions require a separate purchase.
Exceptions
The only circumstance in which a refund may be considered is if you were charged in error, such as a duplicate transaction. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of the charge with your order details and we will investigate promptly.
