I’m Sham Abdoo, an athlete and fitness coach passionate about movement, performance, and helping others build real strength.

My journey started years ago when I decided to take charge of my health after struggling with extra weight and low energy. What began as a way to rebuild my body quickly became something deeper, a commitment to growth, discipline, and self-belief. Fitness taught me how to show up for myself, and that’s what I want to help others discover too.

Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to strength and performance training; learning how to help people move better, train smarter, and feel proud of their progress. My approach is rooted in balance, education, and sustainability, just real results built through consistency and purpose.

I believe strength isn’t just about how much you can lift. It’s about how you carry yourself, inside and out.
